Before you can place an event on the Web Booking Form site you must register with Web Booking Form. Registration is a two part process. First, you must register your e-mail address which requires you to enter your e-mail address and then, from your e-mail account, click the link which has been deliered to you, to confirm your e-mail. Once your e-mail address is registered with Web Booking Form you can then continue the registration process. Many people will register as both an Organiser and a Coordinator. You only confirm your e-mail address once for the Web Booking Form site. (This excludes the Try It First area which is treated as a separate site.) When you register as an Organiser at Web Booking Form you will be required to provide the following:
Contact information
Your title, name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, mobile number, password, contact address including your post code.Once registered, users can visit the admin area where additional options are available, such as a secondary e-mail address
Event Details
Event name, event type, organisation name, event date, start time, closing date for entries and the event address includng the post code.Other Information
Next you can add 250 words about the event that will be viewable from this web site and a separate 250 words that will be sent with the e-mail sent to each applicant/group. You can decide for your event details not to be visible yet by unchecking the box. Lastly, there are 3 check boxes which you can select to make your e-mail address contactable, telephone number and mobile number visible on this web site.When using the Organisers pages you will be guided through the process. On screen messages will appear to inform you of the status of each stage. Personal contact details are not published on the site unless you check specific boxes to allow it. Once complete you will see the details you have submitted and this will also be e-mailed to you for your records.
